Welcome to the Farm!

It's the summer of 2020, the year of COVID/Coronavirus, so what shall I do? Create a blog and a website for our farm! Something I've been meaning to do forever. And now with all the time we've freed up with no sports, no travel, no eating out, it's the time to get it DONE!

This year has been very strange and very scary and very sad, but in the midst of this pandemic, I find solace in the thought that our world needed to breathe. Our families needed to take a moment and really think about what matters. We all needed to put everything into perspective and focus on reconnecting with our lives, our homes and our families.

We've enjoyed the time we've shared, playing card games, finishing multiple projects and starting new ones, getting outside to enjoy the beauty of our farm that God created for us to enjoy and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

I'm hoping that since you're here reading this, your interested in catching a glimpse of farm life or learning a bit whether it be farming, gardening or cooking related. I'm new to this, so I'm trying to set manageable goals for this busy mama, In other words, don't expect daily posts here but I'm trying to put out some useful content and document a life that Tom and I were meant to share. Welcome friends!
